Our Price Match Commitment

At Bike Lover USA, we aim to offer competitive pricing across our product catalog.
If you find a lower advertised price for the same product after purchasing from us, you may be eligible for a price difference refund, subject to the conditions below.

This policy is designed to give customers confidence while ensuring fair and verifiable comparisons.

Eligibility Period

Price match requests must be submitted within six (6) months of the original purchase date.

Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match review, please email sales@bikeloverusa.com and include:

  • Your original order number

  • A direct link to the lower-priced listing (on our site or a qualifying competitor’s site)

  • Confirmation that the product is identical (brand, model, specifications)

Once verified, any approved price difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

Price Match Conditions & Limitations

Purchase Requirement

  • The item must already be purchased from Bike Lover USA before requesting a price match.

Product & Availability Requirements

  • The product must be:

    • Identical in brand, model, and specifications

    • New and unused

    • In stock on the competitor’s website at the time of verification

Eligible Competitors

To qualify, the competitor must:

  • Be an online-only retailer

  • Be an authorized retailer of the product

  • Offer the product publicly at a verifiable price

The following are not eligible for price matching:

  • Auction sites (e.g., eBay)

  • Marketplace sellers (Amazon Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, etc.)

  • Overstock, liquidation, or clearance websites

  • Unauthorized resellers or wholesalers

Promotional Exclusions

Price matching does not apply to prices involving:

  • Coupon codes or promo codes

  • Flash sales or limited-time offers

  • Bundled pricing or “Buy One Get One” promotions

  • Membership, subscription, or loyalty pricing

  • Rebates or mail-in offers

Pricing Scope

Approved price matches apply to:

  • Product price

  • Advertised shipping cost (if applicable)

Price matching does not include:

  • Sales tax

  • Import duties

  • Assembly or service fees

  • Installation or customization charges

Exclusions

Price match requests will not be approved for:

  • Discontinued or out-of-stock items

  • Used, refurbished, open-box, or demo products

  • Pricing errors on competitor websites

  • Screenshots or unverifiable pricing

  • Fraudulent or manipulated listings

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method

  • Processing time typically ranges from 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution
