1. Our Price Match Commitment

If you find another online store offering a lower price than us within six (6) months of your purchase date, simply let us know and we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Additionally, if our own website displays a lower price for the same product within six months of your purchase date, we will refund you the difference as well.

We want you to feel completely confident that you are getting the best possible price for the product you are purchasing.

2. How to Request a Price Match Refund

To request your partial refund:

  1. Email us at sales@bikeloverusa.com

  2. Include a link to the same product either:

    • On our own website, or

    • On a competitor’s website

  3. Ensure the request is submitted within six (6) months from the date of your order.

Once verified, we will process the refund for the price difference promptly.

3. Price Match Policy Rules & Limitations

To ensure fairness and consistency, the following conditions apply:

3.1 Purchase Requirement

  • You must have already purchased the item from our website before requesting a price match.

3.2 Promotional Exclusions

  • Promotions such as:

    • Rebates

    • Buy One Get One (BOGO) offers

    • Bundle deals

    • Coupon codes

    • Flash sales
      are not eligible for price matching.

3.3 Product Availability

  • The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website at the time of the price match request.

3.4 Competitor Requirements

The competitor must:

  • Be an online store only (no physical retail locations).

  • Be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.

  • Not be a discounter, wholesaler, or auction-based site.

The following do not qualify:

  • eBay

  • Overstock

  • Liquidation websites

  • Marketplace sellers (Amazon marketplace, Walmart marketplace, etc.)

  • Unauthorized resellers

3.5 Price Match Scope

  • The Price Match Guarantee applies to:

    • Product price

    • Shipping cost

  • It does not include:

    • Sales tax

    • Import duties

    • Service or assembly fees

4. Exclusions

The Price Match Guarantee does NOT apply to:

  • Products no longer available for sale

  • Out-of-stock or discontinued items

  • Refurbished, used, or open-box items

  • Pricing errors on competitor websites

  • Membership or subscription-based pricing

  • Fraudulent, unverifiable, or manipulated pricing screenshots

5. How Refunds Are Issued

If your price match request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refund timing may vary depending on the financial institution but typically processes within 5–10 business days.
