Price Match

At Bike Lover USA, we want you to shop with absolute confidence. We work closely with our domestic suppliers to offer the best value on premium electric mobility. If you find a lower price from another Authorized US Online Retailer, we will do our best to match it.

1. Qualification Criteria

To be eligible for a price match, the request must meet the following requirements:

  • Identical Product: The item must be the exact same brand, model, year, size, color, and specifications.

  • Availability: The item must be currently in-stock and available for immediate purchase on the competitor’s website.

  • Authorized Retailer: The competitor must be an Authorized US Online Dealer for the brand. We cannot match prices from auction sites (eBay), marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Facebook Marketplace), or unauthorized "grey market" sellers.

  • Total Landed Cost: The price match is calculated based on the final checkout price, which includes the product price plus any applicable shipping and handling fees.

2. Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Clearance, "Closeout," liquidation, refurbished, or open-box items.

  • Limited-time holiday promotions, flash sales (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday), or "Buy One, Get One" offers.

  • Membership-only pricing (e.g., Costco), coupon codes, rebates, or private wholesale quotes.

  • Pricing errors or misprints from other retailers.

  • Manufacturer-enforced MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies. We cannot match a price that would require us to violate the manufacturer's pricing guidelines.

3. How to Request a Match

Price match requests must be submitted before you place your order. We are unable to apply price matches retroactively once an order has been processed or shipped.

  1. Email Us: Contact sales@bikeloverusa.com with the subject line: Price Match Request.

  2. Provide Proof: Include a direct link to the identical product on the competitor’s website.

  3. Verification: Our team will verify the price and eligibility within 1 business day.

  4. Completion: If approved, we will provide you with a custom invoice or a one-time use discount code to complete your purchase at the matched price.

Note: Bike Lover USA reserves the right to decline a price match if the competitor’s price falls below our wholesale acquisition cost. Price matches cannot be combined with other Bike Lover USA promotions.
