Shipping Policy

At Bike Lover USA, we take pride in delivering premium products safely and efficiently. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

  • Exclusions: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

2. Shipping Cost

  • Cost: FREE for all products sitewide. No minimum purchase required.

3. Order Processing & Timelines

To provide clear delivery expectations, we break our timeline into Handling Time and Transit Time.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • Handling Time: 3–5 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification and coordination with our domestic suppliers.

  • Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the time the carrier takes to deliver the item to your door.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–12 Business Days.

4. Shipping Carriers & Freight Delivery

We partner with top-tier carriers including FedEx, UPS, and specialized LTL Freight carriers for heavy items (such as e-bikes).

  • LTL Freight: Large items require a delivery appointment. The carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a time.

  • Curbside Delivery: All freight shipments are "Curbside Delivery." Drivers will lower the item to the ground at the end of your driveway but are not authorized to enter your home.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

6. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you notice significant damage:

  • Refuse delivery if the box is visibly crushed or opened.

  • If damage is found after opening, email sales@bikeloverusa.com within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and the product.
