At Bike Lovers USA, we aim to provide a clear and transparent return and refund process for eligible purchases made through our website.

1. Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within:

  • 30 days from the delivery date

Return requests submitted outside this timeframe may not qualify for approval.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused
  • Unassembled
  • In original packaging
  • Returned with included accessories, manuals, and components
  • In the same condition as received

Returned items may be inspected before approval of a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built products
  • Special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, modification, or missing parts not caused during shipping

4. Customer-Initiated Returns

Returns requested for reasons such as:

  • Ordered wrong item
  • Changed mind
  • No longer needed
  • Preference-related reasons

may be subject to:

  • A 10% restocking fee
  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer

The restocking fee is deducted from the approved refund amount.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect due to fulfillment error

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

For approved cases caused by shipping damage or fulfillment errors:

  • Return shipping costs may be covered by Bike Lovers USA
  • Restocking fees may be waived

6. Freight Delivery Inspection

Large products shipped through freight carriers should be inspected upon delivery.

If visible shipping damage is present:

  • Note the damage with the carrier when possible
  • Take clear photos before assembly or use
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report freight damage within the reporting period may affect claim eligibility.

7. Return Authorization Process

If the return request is approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions will be provided.

8. Important Return Conditions

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  • Returns should only be sent to the approved return address provided during the return process.
  • The administrative office address is not a return facility.

9. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders canceled before shipment processing may qualify for a full refund.

After Shipment

If an order has already shipped, cancellation requests may be treated as a return request and may be subject to:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Applicable restocking fees

10. Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
