Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping Exclusions
At this time, we do not ship to:

- Hawaii
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations

Order Processing Time

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Freight Deliveries
Certain oversized products, including large bicycle-related items, may ship through freight carriers.
Delivery Appointments
For freight shipments, the carrier may contact the customer using the phone number provided at checkout to arrange delivery scheduling.
Curbside Delivery
Freight shipments are generally delivered to the curbside or nearest accessible delivery point. Drivers are not authorized to enter residences or assemble products.
Order Tracking
Once an order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Tracking updates may require 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Customers should inspect packages upon delivery.
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged:
- Refuse the delivery when possible if the packaging appears significantly damaged.
- If damage is identified after delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the product
Claims submitted after the reporting window may not qualify for review.
