1. Overview
At Bike Lover USA, we maintain a clear and fair return, exchange, and refund process. To protect product integrity and prevent misuse, all requests must meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Return Window
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
2.2 Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Product must be unused and unassembled

Product must be in original packaging

All manuals, tools, accessories, and components must be included

Serial numbers must be intact and unaltered

Accessories and spare batteries follow the same return rules as main products
Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, assembled, ridden, damaged, altered, or missing original packaging.
3. Restocking & Administrative Fees

All approved returns are subject to a 20% inspection and restocking fee

Orders canceled after 24 hours incur a 3% administration fee

Shipping charges (outbound and return) are non-refundable unless shipping damage is verified
4. Customer-Initiated Returns (No Defect or Damage)
If a return is requested due to personal reasons, including but not limited to:

Incorrect product selection

Buyer’s remorse
The following applies:

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Returned item will be inspected upon receipt

If the product is confirmed unused and in original condition, a refund will be issued minus:

20% restocking fee

All applicable shipping fees

If the product is found used, damaged, altered, or improperly packaged, no refund will be issued.
The customer may request the item to be shipped back at their own expense.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
5.1 Customer-Paid Shipping
For non-damage-related returns, customers are responsible for:

5.2 Damage-Related Shipping
Shipping responsibility depends on verification:
If shipping damage is verified:

Bike Lover USA will cover shipping for replacement parts or replacement products, if applicable
If shipping damage is not verified:

Customer is responsible for return shipping

Customer covers shipping for replacement parts

Additional handling or service fees may apply
6. Mandatory Damage Claim Requirements
To submit a damage claim, customers must provide:

Photos of the outer packaging

A full unboxing video from start to finish

Clear photos showing the damage
All documentation must be emailed to sales@bikeloverusa.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted without proper documentation cannot be approved.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns:

Product must be unused and in original packaging

20% restocking fee applies unless shipping damage is verified

Customer pays shipping unless damage is confirmed as carrier-related

Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
8. Refund Processing Time
Once a returned product is received and approved:

10. Order Cancellations

Orders canceled within 24 hours may qualify for a full refund.
10.2 After 24 Hours
Orders canceled after 24 hours incur a 3% administration fee.
If already shipped, the customer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.
11. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for all re-shipping or return-related charges.
12. Manufacturer Warranty
Manufacturer defects are covered under the respective brand’s warranty policy.
Bike Lover USA will assist in coordinating warranty claims but cannot guarantee manufacturer outcomes.
