Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Bike Lover USA, we aim to provide a fair and transparent return process. To protect product integrity and prevent misuse, all returns, exchanges, and refunds must meet the conditions outlined in this policy.


2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Return Window

Products may be returned within 10 days from the delivery date.

2.2 Condition Requirements

To qualify for return:

  • Product must be unused.

  • Product must be in original packaging with all manuals, tools, and accessories.

  • Serial numbers must be intact and unaltered.

  • Accessories and spare batteries follow the same return rules as main products.

Used, assembled, ridden, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned or refunded.


3. Restocking & Administrative Fees

  • All approved returns incur a 20% inspection and restocking fee.

  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours incur a 3% administration fee, whether shipped or not.

  • Outbound and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless shipping damage is verified.


4. Customer-Paid Returns (Returns Without Reason)

If a customer chooses to return a product for personal reasons (including change of mind, incorrect selection, or any return not related to damage, defect, or shipping issues):

  1. The customer must pay the full return shipping cost.

  2. When Bike Lover USA receives the returned unit, it will undergo inspection.

  3. If the product is confirmed to be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • In proper, undamaged condition

    Then the refund will be processed minus:

    • The 20% restocking fee

    • All applicable shipping fees

  4. If the product is found used, broken, scratched, altered, improperly packaged, or not in original condition, the refund will NOT be processed.

In such cases, the customer may choose to have the item returned to them at their own shipping expense.


5. Shipping Costs for Returns

5.1 Customer-Paid Shipping

For returns without reason or buyer’s remorse, the customer must pay:

  • Return shipping cost

  • Any outbound shipping cost (even if “free shipping” was applied originally)

5.2 Damage-Related Shipping Costs

Shipping responsibility is based on verification:

A) If shipping damage is verified:
Bike Lover USA will cover:

  • Shipping for replacement parts

  • Shipping for replacement products (if necessary)

B) If damage is NOT verified as shipping-related:
The customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping

  • Shipping fees for replacement parts

  • Any additional service/handling fees


6. Mandatory Damage Claim Requirements

To submit a damage claim, customers must provide:

  • Photos of the package exterior

  • Full unboxing video from start to finish

  • Clear photos of any damage

This documentation is required by shipping carriers and manufacturers.

Claims without proper evidence cannot be approved.

All documentation must be emailed to sales@bikeloverusa.com within 48 hours of delivery.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same rules as returns:

  • Must be unused and in original packaging

  • 20% restocking fee applies unless shipping damage is verified

  • Customer pays shipping unless damage was carrier-caused

Price differences for exchanged items will be invoiced or refunded accordingly.


8. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and approved:

  • Refunds take 2–3 weeks to process

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method

  • All applicable restocking, administrative, and shipping fees will be deducted


9. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or ridden items

  • Products not in original packaging

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or assembly

  • Items lacking mandatory damage documentation

  • Clearance or final-sale items


10. Order Cancellations

10.1 Within 24 Hours

Orders cancelled within 24 hours may qualify for full refund.

10.2 After 24 Hours

Orders cancelled after 24 hours incur a 3% administration fee.

If shipped, the customer is also responsible for all shipping charges (both outbound and return).


11. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for all re-delivery or return-related costs.


12. Manufacturer Warranty Issues

Manufacturer defects fall under the respective brand’s warranty policy.
Bike Lover USA will help coordinate claims but cannot guarantee manufacturer decisions.
