Order Processing & Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will automatically receive an Order Confirmation Email. This confirms that your order has been received and that your payment method has been pre-authorized.

Immediately after receiving your order, we contact our authorized brand suppliers to confirm product availability.

  • If the item is in stock, we process the charge and prepare the order for shipment.

  • If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email.

Processing timeframe for in-stock items is typically 3–5 business days.


Order Shipment & Transit Times

If your product is in stock and charges are processed, your order will ship within 3–5 business days.

You will receive your tracking information within 24 hours of the item leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking within 6 business days, contact us at sales@bikeloverusa.com.

Transit Times

  • Products shipping from U.S. warehouses: typically 3–5 business days.

  • Products shipping from overseas warehouses: typically 1–3 weeks, depending on logistics and customs clearance.

Shipping carriers used include:
UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Your order is shipped from the nearest available warehouse across the U.S. based on product availability and your delivery location.


Free Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.

For Alaska and Hawaii:
Customers must email sales@bikeloverusa.com with the product details to obtain a shipping quote.
If the customer agrees to the quoted shipping fee, we will issue a separate invoice. Shipping begins only after both the product payment and the shipping invoice are fully paid.

Transit times for Alaska and Hawaii vary and will be communicated during order confirmation.


Shipping Damage, Inspection & Claims

Please inspect the packaging of your order upon arrival. If any damage is visible:

  1. Note the damage with the delivery carrier before signing.

  2. Take clear photos and videos of:

    • The unopened package

    • The unboxing process

    • The damaged parts or condition

Video and photo documentation is mandatory for all damage claims.

Email all evidence to sales@bikeloverusa.com within 48 hours of delivery.

If the damage is confirmed to be caused by shipping:

  • Bike Lover USA will cover all shipping costs for replacement parts or replacement units.

If the damage is NOT caused by shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for:

    • Return shipping costs

    • Shipping costs for replacement parts

    • Any resulting service fees


Pre-Assembly Condition

Most products are semi-assembled.
We send assembly instructions via email or include an instruction manual in the package.

For safety and proper setup, professional assembly is strongly recommended.


Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping charges.


Order Cancellation Rights

Bike Lover USA reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, including but not limited to reasons such as:

  • Supplier inventory shortages

  • Pricing errors

  • Fraud concerns

  • Logistic issues

If an order is cancelled by us, customers will be notified promptly.
