1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, purchasing products, creating an account, or interacting with Bike Lover USA in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the site immediately.

Bike Lover USA reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of all changes.

2. Authorized Dealer Status

Bike Lover USA is an authorized dealer for multiple e-bike and e-scooter brands. All products are shipped directly from official suppliers or authorized warehouses. Product specifications, features, and warranties are based on manufacturer-provided information.

3. Order Acceptance & Right to Cancel

We reserve the full right to cancel any order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Supplier inventory shortages

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Fraud concerns

  • Invalid payment information

  • Logistical limitations

Customers agree not to dispute, challenge, or pursue claims against Bike Lover USA for cancellations resulting from supplier or inventory conditions.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund or void of the pre-authorization will be issued.

4. Product Information & Availability

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee that product information is error-free, complete, or current, although we make every effort to ensure accuracy.

Products may be shipped semi-assembled. Customers are responsible for final assembly and adjustments. Professional assembly is strongly recommended.

Availability is dependent on supplier inventory. If a product is unavailable or on backorder, we will notify you promptly.

5. Pricing & Payments

Bike Lover USA accepts:

  • All major credit and debit cards

  • Shopify Payments

  • Installment payments (if displayed on product pages)

Prices are subject to change without notice.
By completing a purchase, you authorize Bike Lover USA to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount.

6. Shipping Terms

Shipping policies are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • Shipping times vary by warehouse and availability

  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees

  • Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states

  • Alaska and Hawaii require custom shipping quotes

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Mistakes may result in additional fees.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery & Damage Claims

Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately and document any visible damage.
Mandatory evidence includes:

  • Photos of the package

  • Video recording of the full unboxing

  • Photos of any damage

Damage claims must be emailed to sales@bikeloverusa.com within the required timeframe.

If damage is verified as caused during shipping, Bike Lover USA will cover replacement shipping costs.
If damage is determined not to be shipping-related, the customer is responsible for all shipping and parts costs.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our complete Return & Refund Policy applies, including:

  • Returns accepted within 10 days

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • 20% restocking fee applies

  • Customer pays all shipping costs unless shipping damage is proven

  • Accessories and spare batteries follow the same return rules as main products

  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours incur a 3% administration fee

Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 weeks after inspection of returned products.

9. Warranty Terms

Warranty coverage varies by brand and product. Bike Lover USA follows each manufacturer’s official warranty policy.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper assembly

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect

  • Water damage

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Commercial use unless specified by the manufacturer

Customers must contact sales@bikeloverusa.com to verify specific warranty coverage for their model.

10. Rider Responsibility & State Law Compliance

By purchasing from Bike Lover USA, the customer agrees:

  • To comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding electric bikes and electric scooters.

  • That minimum age requirements vary by state.

  • That it is the customer’s responsibility to verify rules in their jurisdiction.

  • That riding an e-bike or e-scooter involves inherent risks.

Bike Lover USA is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from product use.

We strongly recommend wearing helmets and safety gear at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bike Lover USA is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profit, data, or business opportunity

  • Personal injuries resulting from improper use, assembly, or riding

  • Damages resulting from failure to follow laws or safety guidelines

Total liability shall not exceed the total purchase amount of the product in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bike Lover USA, its owners, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Misuse of products

  • Failure to comply with state or local laws

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Improper assembly or unauthorized modifications

13. User Accounts

Users may create accounts on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
